IP/Voice Field Technician/Engineer
NH,VT

This position will work strategically with customers and peers to provide system support for LAN, Telephone, Cabling, WAN, VoIP and related applications. The candidate must have aptitude, competency and work experience in computer networking and Microsoft applications. Domain experience is helpful. Knowledge of VoIP/Legacy telecommunications installation and maintenance are required. If you are talented with technology, enjoy a fast-paced working environment, and would like a progressive/challenging opportunity to work with first-rate customers, you may be an excellent addition to our team. Certifications are helpful but proficiency is key. Company provides certification training as well as a Company provided vehicle.


Network/IT Support Specialist
VT, NY, NH

This IT position will work strategically with customers and peers to provide system support for LAN, WAN, VMware, VoIP and related applications. The candidate must have aptitude, competency and work experience in computer networking, Microsoft applications, and preferably network technologies and Cisco Certifications. Domain experience is also necessary. Knowledge of VoIP telecommunications installation and maintenance are a plus. If you are talented with technology, enjoy a fast-paced working environment, and would like a progressive/challenging opportunity to work with first-rate customers, you may be an excellent addition to our team. Certifications with Cisco proficiency is key. Company provides training and skill development as well.


Network/IT Engineer
VT, NY, NH

This position will work strategically with customers and peers to provide system support for LAN, WAN, VMware, VoIP and related applications. The applicant will also serve as a knowledgeable, source of validation and customer resource for sales and support. Domain experience is necessary. Knowledge of VoIP telecommunications installation and maintenance are a plus. Technical Solutions Consultant, New Hampshire, Vermont, & Central/Capital NY

We are looking for additional team members in the state of New Hampshire, Vermont, and Central/Capital Regions of New York.

The candidate will be responsible for managing the acquisition of new customers as well as retention of assigned base accounts. The candidate should also be adept at identifying return on investment opportunities for customers which will have a positive impact on their business that will ultimately meet customers' needs.

The Technical Solutions Consultant (TSC) is responsible for expanding the company's prospecting opportunities within the IT industry. The position will attract new prospects that would benefit from services/technology provided by the organization. The TSC captures new business opportunities, identifies likely prospects, performs cold calls to position the organization as a business solution, and undertakes the scheduling of presentations with prospective clients. The TSC is charged with the development and implementation of a sales plan to grow and cultivate new prospects, and collaborates with other interested parties to achieve the sales quota. Must be able to analyze information and make sound decisions that have direct impact on the prospecting activities within an assigned territory. The TSC is accountable for achieving results, motivating self and others to overcome adversity and achieve long term strategic goals.

TwinState is seeking an aggressive self-starter with proven sales ability and an eagerness to keep pace with the IT industry. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of IT technology, preferably with experience in Professional Services, VoIP, Managed Services, Back up Solutions or other related IT related sales.
