Digital Outreach & Education Coordinator
The Digital Outreach & Education Coordinator is responsible for growing awareness of Twinstate’s products and services through consultative outreach and education campaigns, with the goal of engaging potential customers. This engagement strategy includes online/social media, trade shows, conferences, local events and vendor partnerships. The Coordinator works closely with other members of the Revenue Team and is involved in a myriad of communications activities, including media outreach and content development.
Business Development Representative
The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for the timely follow-up on all leads generated by the Revenue Team’s demand generation activities. Twinstate will train the BDR on a contemporary sales process that will enable the BDR to conduct “warm”, well researched and grounded introductory calls in an effort to introduce best-in-class technology solutions to customers that can benefit from them. The goal of warm calling is to generate appointments for Senior Technical Solutions Consultants to carry the customer relationship forward.
Digital Content Specialist
The Content Specialist is responsible for managing the tools and campaigns which generate new business for the company. These tools include the Twinstate web page, SEO strategy, social media and blog posts. The focus of this position is to regularly and consistently feed the sales team qualified leads who will eventually become Twinstate customers. The sales team is your internal customer and their success is your success!
The Cybersecurity Specialist serves as the information security reference point to provide assistance to clients. This position coordinates basic user technical training and remediation activities, oversees the information resources repository of instructional materials for user applications, and makes recommendations for additions to learning aids and tools. The position conducts needs assessments, evaluates assistance currently being offered and develops approaches to enhance company capabilities for user support.
