Backup and Disaster Recovery

Protect Critical Business Data

Your business data is the lifeblood of your company, and keeping it safe and secure is your number one concern. After all, computer systems will fail, but as long as you can access and work with your data, business can continue.

Secure your critical business financials, customer information, and intellectual property against data corruption or accidental deletion, hackers, ransomware threats, "inside jobs”, natural disasters, and more with our BDR backup and disaster recovery solutions.

  • Stop worrying about the integrity of data backups
  • Secure and protect business data from harm
  • Meet regulatory compliance standards
  • Easily access, restore and recover critical data in minutes
  • BDR Virtualization ensures business continuity when server hardware fails

Leverage the Latest Backup and Recovery Technology for Business Continuity

As a business owner, any situation that impacts staff productivity and business continuity can be considered a disaster in terms of your ability to drive necessary revenue, execute critical tasks, and communicate with clients as well as prospects.

18.5 hours is the average time it takes a business to recover from disaster, 43% of companies never totally recover, 51 percent closed within two years and a mere 10 percent survived over the long-term.

Our BDR solution can help you achieve regulatory compliance, and if any of your servers happen to fail, our solution doubles as an on-site virtual server, allowing the speedy restoral of your organization?s productivity while the failure is diagnosed and remediated.

How it Works

Using image-based backup and a hybrid cloud model, our BDR Solution delivers enterprise-grade Data backup, recovery and business continuity for local, virtual, and Cloud environments at a small business price. We also provide Disaster Recovery as a Service.

We install our BDR device to your network, then configure it to provide a bullet-proof backup and disaster recovery profile that backs up and protects all of your critical business data. It backs up and protects data locally, then replicates that data to an offsite cloud location for maximum data security.

Our BDR Solution provides full independent system backups and restores, rapid individual file recovery, and the ability to quickly boot individual backups as virtual machines in the event of hardware failure.

BCDR Plans

Local Backup and Recovery Service

Local Backup and Recovery Service (LBRS) provides you with an automated and scheduled system image backup of all designated servers and workstations to a local storage repository (e.g., NAS device, shared folder, external hard drive). In turn, the backups are encrypted for security and to provide Data Loss Prevention (DLP). This backup can be used to restore individual files, folders, drives, or complete systems to the same hardware, dissimilar hardware, or as a virtual machine. Alerts are generated in the case of a backup or restore failure, and can be handled differently based on which offering you choose. Choose between our managed or unmanaged offering.

Data Protection and Recovery Service

Data Protection and Recovery Service (DPRS) delivers a regular automated backup to the cloud of specified files, folders, system states or databases. The backups are encrypted in transit and at rest in secure data centers that meet today’s required compliance regulations, such as HIPAA and SOX. Backups can also be configured for whatever interval and specific retention policies that meet your needs. Restores can be performed on-demand and as-needed when the required encryption key is provided. Choose between our managed or unmanaged DPRS service.

Disaster Recovery Cloud Service

Disaster Recovery Cloud Service (DRCS) combines a local and cloud-based approach to system backups and is designed for customers with a Recovery Time Objective (RTO) of less than 1-2 days. An appliance is installed on your network and handles full system image backups of all designated systems on an hourly basis to its own storage. This appliance allows for restores at the file, folder or system level, and can also spin-up any covered machine on-demand as a virtual machine on its own hardware. Choose between our managed DRCS offering or our unmanaged offering.

Pain Points Solved

  • Reduce Hardware-Related Downtime
Automatic Virtualization provides the abiility to boot from failed hardware and operate normally while the hardware is diagnosed and remediated
  • Protect Against Security Threats
Should Malware and Ransomware attacks that encrypt and hold your data hostage occur, they can easily be remedied.
  • Quickly Recover From Disaster
Gain the ability to avert disasters and effectively overcome them when they happen
  • Bullet-Proof Your Business Data
Our BDR Solution bullet-proofs your data, taking the anxiety out of technology and providing you peace of mind.

Implementation Timeline

To deliver our enterprise-grade BDR Backup and Disaster Recovery Solution, we prepare and provision our BDR appliance for your environment. Next, we install it to your business network and complete final configuration to ensure we identify and protect all of your critical business systems and data. This first phase of implementation should take no longer than 2 weeks.

Once your BDR appliance is installed, it begins backing up and protecting your systems and data locally, and replicating backed-up data to the cloud. We continually monitor these backups and replication activities to ensure there are no hiccups or gaps that could create a problem during system or file restores or automatic system virtualization activities.

Prepare and Provision your BDR Applicance at our facilities prior to deployment

1. Depending upon the complexity of your data network, this could vary from several days to several weeks.

Deploying your BDR appliance to your location and performing final configuration and testing.

2. Depending upon the complexity of your data network, this could vary from a day to serveral weeks.

Ongoing monitoring and management of your BDR Solutons

3. This critical monitoring function occurs 24/7, with daily analysis of all backuup, replication, restore and virtualization events
